The oven can suppress dust at constant temperature. It's suitable for the high temperature test,aging,curing,drying of semiconductor, LCD, electronic products and precision instruments in a dust free environment.
Using high-temperature resistant HEPA filters, through horizontal circulation mode to achieve high-performance temperature control, keep clean class 100 in chamber.
