The SS-3900HMI Vica Thermal deformation tester, used to evaluate the heat resistance of plastic samples, increases the test temperature in the bathroom at a certain rate, while applying a specified bending load to the sample, and records the temperature when the sample reaches the standard deflection deformation.
The testing machine adopts PLC+HMI LCD touch screen control, automatic control, sample stand automatic lifting, saving time and labor. The test fixtures are made of alloy steel with low thermal expansion coefficient to minimize the deformation at high temperature and ensure the accuracy of test results.
