The SS-5643T Taber abrasion tester is used to test the wear resistance of automotive leather, leather, fabric and other materials.
The test method is that the rotating specimen is supported by a pair of wear wheels with a specified load. When the specimen is rotating, the wear wheel is driven to wear the specimen. The wear loss weight is the weight difference of the specimen before and after the test.
