I , Purpose
This machine is suitable for testing plastic test piece VICAT/HDT . This machine adopts computer system control, high precision LVDT special
displacement sensor. The deformation value is automatically locked after reaching the standard temperature. Testing is simple and convenient. Test
temperature up to 300ºC, equipped with water cooling system, to achieve rapid cooling.

1.Computer system control, simple operation, integrated control, automatic timing, real-time temperature display. Program automatic control.
2.The initial load weight of the frame is light, which meets the requirements of the new standard for the minimum load of flat samples
3.The sample frame, indenter and load rod are made of high- performance abrasive steel with high hardness and low coefficient of thermal expansion.
4.Deformation induction device: use special LVDT displacement sensor, resolution is 0.001mm
5.The load rod has an air guide ring design to provide vertical frictionless action
6.Built-in heat exchanger, water cooling can be carried out. Improve test efficiency.
7.The software automatically corrects the coefficient of thermal expansion and eliminates the system error of the machine.
8.Adopt high precision temperature controller and temperature sensing rod to form closed-loop temperature control system. Temperature multi-point linear correction calibration function.
9.The method of circulating stirring with multiple impellers ensures the uniform temperature of the test oil. At the same time, three groups of temperature sensing rods are used to test the deformation temperature beside the sample respectively.
10.Reach the standard deformation, automatically record the corresponding temperature value, and automatically shut down.
