The SS-8160A plate vulcanizing machine automates the forming process, placing plastic or rubber raw materials in the mold. After pressing the Start button, the steps of prepressing the test piece, heating forming, cooling and so on are automatically completed, so that the raw material is formed according to the mold shape, which is used as a sample for test or color comparison.
The equipment adopts digital pressure sensor for closed-loop PID control to ensure stable and accurate pressure.
