Introduction:
The hydrogen pre cooling device is an advanced equipment specifically designed to provide relevant testing for hydrogen fuel cell systems. Its main function is to achieve pre cooling or preheating of hydrogen, providing the required temperature of hydrogen for hydrogen fuel cell systems. Jupiter can provide the hydrogen temperature control function required for climate and environmental testing of hydrogen fuel cell systems with power ranging from 1KW to 300KW and higher, ensuring that the gas temperature is consistent with environmental conditions during the testing process, thereby ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the test.

The core advantage of the oxygen temperature control device is that it can accurately control the hydrogen temperature required by the fuel cell system to the level consistent with climate and environmental tests, avoiding the problem of test data distortion caused by inconsistent hydrogen supply temperature and environmental temperature.

Key Units:
Refrigeration system: responsible for reducing the temperature of hydrogen gas to ensure it achieves the required pre cooling effect.
Thermal oil heating system: used to precisely control the temperature of hydrogen gas and ensure its consistency with the test environment.
Control system: intelligently control and monitor the entire device to ensure the stability and safety of the testing process

Introduction
In the field of hydrogen energy detection, the hydrogen air pre cooling device is a key equipment used in the testing process of hydrogen fuel cell stacks. Its main function is to provide pre cooling or preheating of hydrogen and air for fuel cell stacks, ensuring the detection of performance indicators of fuel cell stacks under different environmental conditions.

The JHAP pre cooling device can be applied to hydrogen fuel cell stacks of 1KW to 300KW and higher power, providing precise climate and environmental testing support. Its core advantage lies in its ability to precisely adjust the temperature of hydrogen and air to maintain consistency with the ambient temperature of the fuel cell stack, thereby avoiding the problem of affecting the test results due to gas temperature distortion.

Note:
Requirements for hydrogen and air supply:

  • The dry bulb temperature of hydrogen and air should be ensured to be below 30 ºC;
  • The dew point temperature of hydrogen and air should be ensured to be below -55 ºC;
  • Providing low dew point hydrogen and air is the key to ensuring stable system operation, which can effectively prevent gas from entering the plate heat exchanger and damaging it due to condensation and icing.
